About the Journal
The Journal of Indian Society of Pedodontics and Preventive Dentistry (JISPPD) (ISSN 0970-4388) is the official publication of the Indian Society of Pedodontics and Preventive Dentistry (ISPPD). The team is committed to foster scholarly, pragmatic, and contemporaneous clinical and research work in the field of pediatric dentistry. The journal aims to provide a comprehensive and unswerving source of information on current clinical and research developments in the subject with a global perspective.
Scope of the Journal
The journal will cover research-oriented and clinical studies related to diagnosis, treatment planning and therapy including ethical and social issues in pediatric dentistry. Articles with clinical interest and implications will be given preference. The journal publishes original articles, case reports and reviews pertaining to pediatric and preventive dentistry on a Quarterly basis.
About the Association
The Indian Society of Pedodontics and Preventive Dentistry (ISPPD) is a national society specifically concerned with the oral health of children in India. It aims to improve oral health in children and encourage the highest standards of clinical care. ISPPD has over 1500 life members from University, Pediatric Dental Departments, Pediatric Dental Practice and General Dental Practice. ISPPD has been formed on the firm belief that "Every child has a fundamental right to his total oral health". The Society has an obligation to fulfill this faith.
